Terms of service
Last updated
These terms govern your use of KeyFusion and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Who the service is for
KeyFusion is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is legally able to enter into this agreement. You may buy for yourself or for a business; the price and the terms are the same either way.
Everything sold here is a digital code, and a code is delivered the moment your payment clears. By placing an order you ask us to deliver immediately and you accept that, once a code has been shown to you, it cannot be returned — a code that has been seen can already have been redeemed. What you keep is a claim for a code that does not work, and section 6 sets out exactly what that covers.
2. Your account
- One account per person. You are responsible for everything done through it, including by anyone you let use it.
- Keep your login credentials and any linked messaging account secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and must be kept up to date.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used for fraud, or is used to make payments we cannot verify.
3. Balance and payments
KeyFusion runs on a prepaid balance. You add funds first, then draw against them when you order.
- Funding. Balances are funded by cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). A top-up is credited once the payment is confirmed. Network fees charged by a payment provider or blockchain are yours, not ours, and the credited amount is what we actually receive.
- The balance is store credit. It is held so you can buy products from us. It is not a bank deposit, it does not earn interest, and it is not covered by any deposit protection scheme.
- Every movement is recorded. Each credit and debit is a ledger entry showing the balance before and after it. Your transaction history is the authoritative record of your balance.
- Underpayments and overpayments. If a payment arrives for a different amount than the one invoiced, we credit the amount received.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in each product’s own currency, with an approximate US dollar figure alongside it for convenience. The approximate figure is indicative only; the amount debited is the one confirmed at checkout. Prices change as supply and exchange rates move, and the price that applies to an order is the one displayed when you confirm it.
Taxes and duties arising in your own country are your responsibility.
5. Delivery
All products are digital. Delivery is automatic, the moment payment clears: the code is released as soon as the debit clears, normally within seconds, and is available in your order history. No physical goods are shipped.
If an order is debited but no code is delivered, the order is treated as unfulfilled and the amount is returned to your balance.
6. Refunds and faulty codes
Because a delivered code can be redeemed the second it is read, orders are not refundable simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong region, or no longer need the product — this is the immediate delivery you asked for under section 1. Check the product, region and denomination before confirming.
We will investigate and, where the claim holds, refund to your balance if:
- the code was already used before it reached you;
- the code is invalid, malformed or rejected by the issuer;
- the product delivered is not the product ordered; or
- the order was debited but never delivered.
Report a faulty code as soon as you find it, with the order reference. Claims raised long after delivery are harder to verify with the issuer and may not be recoverable. Refunds are made to your KeyFusion balance.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service for fraud, money laundering, or to buy with funds that are not yours;
- resell codes in a way that breaks the issuer’s own terms, or misrepresent a code’s region or restrictions to your customers;
- scrape, mirror or resell our catalogue and pricing data, or use automated tools against the site outside an interface we have given you;
- attempt to interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or circumvent any limit placed on your account.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Supply, maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt ordering or delivery. Product listings depend on supplier stock and can change or be withdrawn without notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits or lost sales where you bought to resell. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, and nothing here removes rights the law gives you that cannot be signed away.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Operator
The service is operated by KeyFusion Global F.Z.E, a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, at B.C. 1304659 – C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, UAE.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
