Hoe kan je jouw Zalando Cadeaubon inwisselen?

1. Kies jouw favoriete item uit ruim 1.500 top-fashionmerken en ga verder met bestellen.
2. Ga naar zalando.nl of de Zalando app en log in op ‘Mijn Zalando‘. Kies in het linkermenu ‘Mijn cadeaubon‘. Hier kan je de kortingscode invoeren en het tegoed wordt automatisch aan je account gekoppeld. Je kan de kortingscode ook inwisselen tijdens de laatste stap van het bestelproces. Voer de code in het veld ‘Kortingscode inwisselen‘ in en druk op de knop ‘Kortingscode gebruiken’. Het te betalen bedrag wordt direct verrekend met je korting. Het resterende bedrag zal automatisch op je account worden bijgeschreven.

How can you redeem your Zalando Gift Voucher?

1. Choose your favorite item from over 1,500 top fashion brands and continue ordering.
2. Go to Zalando.nl or the Zalando app and log in to 'My Zalando'. Select 'My gift voucher' in the left menu. Here you can enter the discount code and the credit will automatically be linked to your account. You can also redeem the discount code during the last step of the ordering process. Enter the code in the 'Redeem discount code' field and press the 'Use discount code' button. The amount to be paid will be immediately deducted from your discount. The remaining amount will be automatically credited to your account.

De cadeaubon heeft geen geldigheidsdatum en is niet gekoppeld aan een minimale bestelwaarde. Niet inwisselbaar voor contant geld. Vergoeding bij beschadiging of verlies is niet mogelijk.

Indien je een bestelling annuleert of terugstuurt waarbij je een cadeaubon inwisselde, wordt het betaalde bedrag teruggestort of verrekend.

De waarde van je cadeaubon wordt weer als tegoed op je account bijgeschreven.

Het is helaas niet mogelijk je cadeaubon met terugwerkende kracht in te wisselen.

Cadeaubonnen kunnen niet geruild of uitgewisseld worden en kunnen niet worden geblokkeerd.

Deze cadeaubon kan alleen ingewisseld worden op zalando.nl of met de Zalando app.
